Casa Regina features spacious and luminous interiors, characterized by vaulted stone ceilings typical of the traditional architecture of Ostuni.
The main living area unfolds in a welcoming and well-organized space, entirely crafted in white tuff stone. The kitchen, large and seamlessly integrated, is fully equipped and features induction cooktops; it opens onto the living area, creating a continuous and convivial space. The living room is completed by a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year.
From the living area, a wide opening leads to a second space, which can be separated by a white linen curtain. This more intimate area hosts two large sofas resting on a white tuff base and three islands, creating a dedicated space for relaxation and conversation.
The bedroom is spacious and bright, enhanced by dual exposure that ensures natural light throughout the day and offers a pleasant view of the olive groves in the surrounding countryside. It is equipped with extensive cabinetry crafted from wood and tuff, perfectly integrated into the space and in harmony with the house’s style.
The bathroom, also very luminous, features a large shower, brass finishes, and a stone sink.
Completing the main floor, a large veranda overlooks the botanical garden and the swimming pool, providing a natural extension of the indoor spaces to the outdoors.
On the lower floor is the Grotta Regina, a striking space entirely covered with hand-laid stone. The area evokes the experience of living in a cave, reinterpreted in a contemporary style, combining comfort, spaciousness, and modern luminosity.
The Grotta consists of a large space with a double bed and wardrobe, integrated with an en-suite bathroom featuring a wide shower and stone sinks.
From this space, there is direct access to the botanical garden and the outdoor veranda, equipped with an outdoor kitchen designed for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners by the pool.
